Soilcycle – Organics Collection Service

Metro Pedal Power is pleased to announce a collaboration with Groundwork Somerville and the SoilCycle Program. We will be providing compost collection for SoilCycle customers in an effort to keep the program sustainable, expand the service and to build strong partnerships in the community.

Metro Pedal Power is now offering year-round collection services for residents of Cambridge and Somerville. We will provide you with a five-gallon compost bucket, and at the beginning of every month we will leave you a month’s supply of biodegradable liners for your bucket . There are four plans available to choose from:

Weekly Pickup

Regular Plan: $40 per month
Silver Plan*: $45 per month
Gold plan**: $50 per month

Bi-Weekly

Regular Plan: $25 per month
Silver Plan*: $30 per month
Gold plan**: $35 per month

*Silver Plan includes 5 free gallons of finished compost for your own garden, delivered in June
**Gold Plan includes 10 free gallons of finished compost for your own garden, delivered in June
