Community Supported Agriculture
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a socio-economic model of food production and distribution wherein a community of individuals and households pledge to support local farm operation by buying a weekly “share” of produce from the farm consisting of fruit, vegetables, and sometimes dairy and meat. Most CSAs operate during the summer but there are fall, winter and year-round CSA options as well. Check out the options available with delivery by bike from Metro Pedal Power!
