I was out running along Sherman Street today and have biked through the intersection safely for years, but yes...cars sometimes do really *silly* things. That Masse's lot trick isn't a new one. Sorry you got tangled up in it and lost your camera too. I'm just glad you kept your bones intact and most of the skin off the pavement. Somersaults can go so wrong, so quickly!
