Live by the Pedal, Die by the Pedal
This week I am doing Petsi Pie deliveries everyday because Erik is not biking for awhile after hurting his ankle, pretty bad from what I hear. This morning I woke up at 5am and walked over to the MetroPed office at 530 and was amazed at my trike to see what happened to it over the weekend, apparently it’s turning into a Nascar! Just a joke, I think it’s pretty awesome to have the companies we deliver for have signs, or in this case vinyl stickers on our bikes!

After doing my morning route I decided to continue being productive and turned in all the cans and bottles that has been overwhelming our apartment and went grocery shopping with the money, tonight’s feast? Tofu Hotdogs and baked beans.
My lovely bride to be has reminded me lately I am a little overdue on a promise, her birthday gift was a roadbike which I’ve bene lazy about fixing up, I finished it today with new brake pads, cables, barwrap.
Feeling the urge to do more Spring Cleaning, I borrowed a MetroPed bike to bring pretty much as much as fits inside of it to Good Will, this pile of dontations has been getting bigger and bigger as we’ve been planning for our move in August. Since it was across the street, I delivered the Taza Chocolates to Diesel Cafe at the same time. Now I’m back home, hung up all the laundry I washed yesterday and pretty much exhausted from the day, just rocking out to Type O Negative while browsing the interwebs.
I think it’s pretty cool that my friends over at Urban Velo magazine have found a way to make their magazine for free download via “Podcast” in iTunes in pdf format, I’m new to the whole RSS and Podcast thing, in the past week I’ve added over 10 blogs I read regularly into my Google Reader so I get the updates on my homepage.
If you aren’t doing anything Thursday night, come to the art gallery opening at Broadway Bicycle School 351 Broadway in Cambridge, MA 02139 8pm-930pm. There are 3 photos of mine in the show. I heard live entertainment, and as always wine and cheese for the masses.
